They're in business to make money yet they only take cash. I don't carry cash downtown. The building is stuffy and small. They need a bigger location with better customer flow. The kid employees are good people and do a great job and the ice cream is really good..... but it is Management's job to pay attention to the small details and make a great place tolerable for their people and the customer. Management/owner gets one star for lack of personal and business decisions. They could also afford to have more flavors but again they don't have anymore room.

Great staff. Our server went out of her way for our nut allergy kids. Pulled out unopened containers to be sure there was no cross contamination. It was busy at the time too. Butter Pecan was was yummy.

Can’t go wrong here. Good selection of ice creams and sorbets. They’ve been open for as long as I can remember. They are situated in the perfect spot for a pit stop ice cream. This time we got rocky road and hazelnut flavour with their waffle cone. Delicious!

Very much your every day go to ice cream place. This is why it is pretty busy during the week. Lots of flavors to choose from for the whole family. Very quick service. Standard varieties of flavors.

Moolix is really an icon in downtown Kelowna. The ice cream shop has been a staple downtown for many years. Love going downtown and smelling the freshly made waffle cones. Did a little research on their ice cream. Found out that the premium ice cream they serve is locally sourced with no added whey (whey increases air volume and is much cheaper to make). Love that they are providing gluten free and vegan options. There are so many flavors to choose from. There is often a line but the staff is very efficient and the line goes pretty fast. Prices are really great as their portions are very large. Staff is very friendly. Love to see the young faces in the store scooping ice cream. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
