Horrible company to deal with. My ticket was completely illegitimate. They do not have a proper appeal process! That was the most frustrating part. I emailed them exactly what happened and explained who I visited that day with proof of receipts. They said I have to pay because “Our officer witnessed the driver and/or passengers of the vehicle leave the property without the vehicle.” This is completely untrue and cameras could prove it, but they wouldn’t let up. They couldn’t even say if I had passengers yet they saw me leave? They said a manager would call me back, but I never ever got a call. I hope companies take these reviews into consideration if they are ever looking for a private company to patrol their parking lot. Diamond parking has completely lost my respect and has tainted my view of the companies that use them. I would prefer to take my business somewhere else then risk getting another huge parking fine for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have a monthly parking subscription and the experience has been terrible. Parking passes consistently arrive late, I have been ticketed even with a pass, and whats worse is staff never return emails or phone calls. You can't expect customer service from a parking company but it should be this difficult to pay for parking.

I’ve been working at the same location, parked right outside with the ticket displayed at the same spot on my dashboard for the past year. Just got a letter in the mail saying that I owe these guys 100$ for parking outside work... I have no idea how these people didn’t see the incredibly visible ticket. They’re obviously not looking very hard.

Parked for work in customer parking that states that it is customer from Monday-Friday 8-4pm. I parked at 6 00pm on a Saturday and dinged me with a 95$ ticket. This “company” is a disgrace. Its a scam of a business, not a company.

Complete scam - I don't know how businesses with this practice are licensed to operate
