Alanna was amazing! Saved my phone, suggested help for my antique computer. I'm connected again, and all thanks to the knowledge and expertise, and gracious attitude of employee Alanna at the Duncan store. Sometimes it's not about the things a store sells, it's about the commitment of its employees.

Do not ever buy anything from their online store. They will charge you $35 shipping and 10% restocking fee, despite offering to return to their store. It is no wonder that it is a failing company, in this day and age of great customer service driven organizations like Amazon and Costco. USED CAR SALES TACTICS

Their mobile store is great. Upgraded me from iPhone 5 to iPhone X. Huge difference! They offer phones for purchase outright and stock a much wider selection than carrier stores do as they carry older models going 3 generations back. They also are cheaper on some models. They can get apply screen protectors in store. They were patient with me as when I’m spending over $1200 on something I need time to think about it. Sales reps aren’t overly aggressive which I prefer. The only thing I would improve as have two people there minimum. Sometimes they get a bit overwhelmed.

Came in today because I had dropped my phone and broke it. Tanner had helped me out and put me in to a new I phone xr couldn’t be happier with the service and the distance he went to give me the best deal possible will definitely recommend tanner. Thanks again bud!

So bought a i pad yesterday. Was told to take it home and would be essy to get it running. My 83 year old mom had it locked in no time. Would not even open up. Took it back to your store in duncan. The clerk gave us to the geek people. They had it for over an hour and they had trouble getting it running. They then wanted $50. For fixing the i pad. I said we have not even had it for 24 hours. Oh we can wave the cost this time. Not very happy with the whole experience of shopping at best buy. We like in Youbou and it takes half an hour to get to your store. Not sure if we will shop best buy again.
