As always, Tanya Ploknotniouk was highly professional , knowledgeable and personable throughout the time we spent in the office.

Just don't go to this place. Horrible service, Lady with a Russian sounding accent with dyed red hair was extremely rude, there was an hour left and they couldn't help me, and no one was working just sitting around talking with no other customers in store, then has the audacity to look at my 5 year old son and rudely said "what's up with your hair".... excuse me lady but I will boycot this place forever now, there's many people that are able to do our taxes, I'm heading down the road to liberty, should of just went their in the first place.

By far the biggest rip off I have ever seen in my life. They will give you cash back for 600$+ and charge you 60$. I was 8$ short so they wanted to charge me 250$ for each year. How is that possibly justified 60$ to 250$. The manager refused to try to help me out, the only person I can actually say did a good job and went out of his way to help me during his lunch was Gurmukh. This review is simply for the outrageous jump in fees that H&R block has. The company itself is a joke and I hope the people who create these policies get their just desserts. As for Gurmukh I wish you all the best sir and thank you for doing the best your company will allow.
