Carpet One Maple Ridge installed laminate flooring in my older apartment unit back in May of 2022 and it was the best decision ever! The receptionist was so friendly and made it very easy and quick to organize the estimate. Steve , who is also very friendly did the estimate and quote for my place. Communication was awesome all around. They installed a lighter shade of laminate flooring that helped really brighten up my Appartment ( as it was naturally darker before). The guys who installed the laminate were quick and swept up after they were done as well. Thank you, Carpet One Maple Ridge for helping make my home feel more “homey” :D

We are very happy with the entire process and the end results for our new luxury vinyl flooring delivered by Steve and his team at Carpet One Port Coquitlam. Their workmanship is excellent and they are professional and courteous. We especially liked the attention to detail such as the meticulous cutting of the baseboard corners and the immaculate square nosing for the stairs. They provided a complete job from removal of our old floors, prepping the surfaces, and laying down the new floor. The crew started working on time and were fully prepared with all the necessary tools to complete the work as scheduled. They took extra care to leave our home usable at the end of each day by keeping areas clean. My wife and I are very thankful to everyone at Carpet One Port Coquitlam, and we would highly recommend them.

Everything about our experience was great! Christine was so helpful and patient in the store, helping me narrow down my choices from their huge selection. Steve came over a few days later to measure - he was in and out in no time. The carpet install didn’t take long at all (neither did the wait to have it installed) and the man who installed it was very nice, and more importantly very skilled. Definitely will recommend!

First of all, let me say how wonderful and easy it was to deal with Maple Ridge Carpet One staff and installers. The office staff are warm, wonderful, and very easy going. Steve and his staff did not try yo upsell us on any product. We choose our kitchen, entrance, bedroom, hall and living room flooring and are extremely happy with it. The installers are excellent at their trade. When the job was complete, the rooms were left very neat and clean. No debris or pieces of carpet or flooring were left behind. I would not hesitate to recommend Maple Ridge Carpet One to anyone that would listen. They are great.

Could not be happier with Steve and his team from Maple Ridge Carpet One. From the minute we walked into the store, he was a huge help in helping us find what we needed and then worked magic to get it installed in the tight window we had before move in day. His team was so flexible and easy to work with. Steve, personally, went above and beyond from beginning to end. And the flooring he recommended is fantastic. I strongly recommend this team!
