In response to Daniels response: If anyone has any questions, I have all the email chain communication and would be happy to share! I find it very offensive for someone who choose not to speak with me to call a potential customer volatile in a response to a review. When I reach out to Daniel I was asking questions about start dates..and the response used words like “shocked to hear”, “could you please clarify”. If anyone is looking for a company who provides a fair quote and firm start date, I’d be happy to make a recommendation. Buyer beware! Sadly I would causion anyone one from working with this business. I got a quote for a deck and advised that I was wanting the deck installed before the middle of June at the time I requested the quote. Daniel was very quick to quote and when asked the question about timing avoid it at all costs. I was given an estimated start date of June 4th and told a 3-4 day project was before mine. When I followed up yesterday, weeks after having put down the deposit, it seemed as tho they had push someone infront of mine for I was advised that they were working on a 12 business day project. When I asked for further clarification on the start day for I have a baby due in June, Daniel just decided to cancel the contract and return my deposit...wouldn’t even pick up his phone. Don’t work with these guys unless you want your money held up for weeks and then NO WORK done.

We hired Mainland to build us a cedar deck with a pergola on one side. They were very helpful with design tips, and it was obvious that they had done this many times before. They actually knew what deck design would work better for our home and suggested an option which was not the most expensive since it made more sense for our lot size. We definitely recommend them and are very pleased with the final product. Thanks so much guys! -Diana

Daniel and his crew were very fast and efficient at completing our fence and deck. They gave us a very reasonable estimate and we are very happy with our new outdoor space!
