I had made an appointment by calling in a couple weeks before . I also made my mom an appt the same day. We waited for half an hour to get in to our appt and with us having children it’s quite time consuming and frustrating waiting when it wasn’t busy, even the lady at the front desk said it wasn’t . They basically didn’t even know we were there for an appointment. How ever that part was stressful when I did get in to a worker Michael he was great! Super friendly, kind , and did what he could to keep me happy the whole time !! I definitely recommend going threw him :)

Had an appointment at 5pm..still waiting. Wait time is 4 hours. This is unacceptable. Why bother making appointments if you cannot honor them. Will go to a proper accountants office next tax season. If you come here expect to wait a minimum of 2-3 hours after your scheduled appointment

I have never had such terrible customer service in my entire life. They have lost my file! They don't return emails, they don't return phonecalls, they don't call back when they say they will. They have one job - to complete and file my tax return. This is an appalling company. I don't know how they are still in business. Never use them!!

Awful. Appointment for 12. Finally got to see tax person at 2 o'clock forcing me to miss work. Take your taxes to a real professional instead of these hacks.
