My late husband was a technology fiend: the more advanced and cutting edge a system was, the happier he was. If there was something new on the market, he wanted to know about it and test drive it! Drew, Ben, and the rest of the team were ALWAYS up to the challenge; They knew all about the latest systems and were always happy and able to install them in our home. They didn't stop tweaking and testing until Martin --to use his favourite expression-- was "happy as a pig in poo". I, however, am old school. I want an on/off button, a volume knob, and very little else. But now, post Martin, I find myself living in a hi-tech condo where everything from my music to my fireplace is run by my phone, squeezeboxes, iPads..... you get the picture. And yet: NO PROBLEM! Because as able and willing as they were to accommodate my husband in his quest for the latest technology, they are equally willing and able to adapt everything in my home so that it now suits me. No job is too simple or too sophisticated for them: they will do whatever it takes to make their customer happy. Drew and his team care. They really, really are some of the good guys.

Great experience working with Marty at Paramount. Prompt and responsive, loved that they mocked up some drawings of our meeting rooms to show us their recommended placement. They also came up with some creative solutions on how to use the panels to mask some of the uglier elements of a room. The sound absorption panels they installed made a huge difference for echo management. Highly recommend!

Marty was our main contact to project manage our restaurant's acoustic panel installation for our ceiling and he gives you the most insightful tips on how things are done professionally and productively. We need more community based small businesses like this!!!!
