Needs a major overhaul. The entire venue smells like a urinal and the price is far to expensive for the quality of service given. Also the popcorn is always stale.

Old seats. Company hasn't spent a cent. Staff don't answer the phone if you call there.I'd rate it low

The low rating is not a reflection of the friendly staff at the concession stand. There is no personal service when you enter, All ticket services are automated. The theatre itself is run down and a bit dreary. The third screening room was clean but old. We could occasionally hear the movie playing in the next screening room and frequently the heating system (?) was kicking in and very very loud. There were many broken seats. Now all that being said the prices for admission are the cheapest I've seen for a Cineplex theatre.

The staff is friendly, but the theatre is very dirty and the seats are kind of gross and several are broken and stained. It needs to be shut down for a week for a deep cleaning and seat upgrade.
