This is a very beautiful facility. It looks modern yet classy at the same time. The acoustics inside the main stage were awesome! I am not sure if the sound speakers used were house speakers, but they packed power! You could literally feel the sound on your chest, but it wasn't uncomfortably loud. It is located close to the main Vancouver Public Library Down Town, and very accessible by transit.

Been here twice now in order to see The Nutcracker. I'm very fond of the venue - it's on the smaller side but it's well designed and comfortable. The seating area features box and balcony portions, and the seats on the ground floor are on a slight incline. Basically, any part of the theatre is going to give you a good view of the stage, even if you're further back. There are a few paid parking lots near the venue, although it's only about a 5 minute walk from the Granville and City Centre skytrain lines.

Went to see TOTO , what a disaster , the band performance was good but the sound quality and acoustic of the place is really bad , I'd felt myself in the neighbors rock garage band rehearsals , FLAT sound , no bass just noises , stay away from that place

Limited washroom facilities as well as lack of early access to Will Call makes this one of the venues I’d like to avoid in the future if I can. You’re also not allowed to buy a drink and take it into the show, got to slam it in the lobby

Nice venue, fairly intimate for a stage show. Seats were a problem for my wife though, cut off the circulation in her legs...
