I really enjoyed my experience!! Thank you!!! The staff was very friendly and service was great. I was very happy with the comfortable seats. I was so disappointed when our theater closed in Kitimat. I can understand your struggle with it being profitable. It's sad that people don't go to movies anymore. In my opinion people don't support a business than complain when it closes.

Small theatre - one super loud speaker trying to be surround sound.... seats are new to the theatre but still outdated. Large theatre- nice size. Not true surround sound. Old and not so useful. Overall- it has seen its time, updating is just putting a bandaid on it... sure “vintage” is what locals are going for. A new theatre comes with a larger revenue stream and prices but experiencing movies is usually what people pay for. I go only if my kids really want to see a movie, but I wait for it to be on Blu-ray and watch in my cozy surround sound living room.

I do wish we could have a more updated theater. The only reason I go is because certain movies would be spoiled for me otherwise. But if you don't have to use the bathrooms, I recommend not. The woman's washroom should be condemned. Most of the stalls have no locks, or locks that don't work. The floors are buckled. Luckily they put money into the screen and sound system but I hate having to pay the same as I would pay for a nicer theater down south for one that is as outdated as ours.

Its great when you have the right workers there. On different days there's great concession stand days and others where it's not so great. Comfortable seats and nice setting
