I think it's a very good theater, and the staff are super friendly. The big chairs are really comfy, and the prices are great. I prefer it to any theater in the city. There are a few things I would like to see changed: 1. They only accept cash. 2. You have to purchase your food and beverage while you purchase your tickets, resulting in a slow moving line. 3. The popcorn with butter is not as good as it used to be. (Update: popcorn has improved) 4. The ticket prices list adults starting at age 15. Adults are usually 18 and up... not sure how they can do that. These are minor things that hopefully will be changed soon. The overall experience is still wonderful.

Comfy seats and reasonably priced snacks (for a theater). Make sure to get here at least 30 minutes early for popular or opening night showings as there is only one auditorium. Minimal opening commercials which is also nice. Cash only though could be an issue though. Overall great local theater!

Best theater around, good sound and picture. The best part is the recliners and loveseats around the theater

I called multiple times, 5 days in a row, and left messages regarding having a birthday party group come there. No calls back nor no one answering phone. Very poor customer service :(
