Always producing incredible new works. Lots of fun new pieces to paruse, and their festival is coming up soon. Make sure to go to at least one thing LaLa Fest.

An intimate black box performance space that supports local artists and the surrounding community.

Red Eye is a beautiful space with a simple stage that feels like a Blackbox. It was a proscenium set up when I attended. They do local and original work, which is always a magical experience.
