Really like the reclining seats but for the bathrooms need some work. My wife is wheelchair bound and uses a pediatric size chair but the stalls that are labeled and designated for handicap use will not accommodate the chair. She says she can't even close the door. It would be nice if they could change the size of the stalls so she and others like her can use the restroom with privacy. I will say they do have a nice elevator for wheelchair use that is nice and open.

This is a very good movie theatre. The parking is a bit weird. You either have to park on the other side of the mall, or down the hill. You can't really ever get that close. There's also no wifi, which you obviously don't need during the movie, but it's nice to stay connected while you're waiting. Some AMC locations have this feature. The seats are nice after the remodel, and the prices are regional industry standard. Would recommend.

This is by far my favorite theatre in the Kansas City area. The seats are reclining which adds an awesome element to your experience. They are roomy and very comfortable. The staff here is also excellent. They are helpful, friendly, and funny. I would highly reccomend coming here! It is my favorite theatre!

Previews and Movie seated late. Not very clean. Butter all over the chair which stained my shirt and Nacho cheese in the cup holder. Someone came to clean it up after I ask but only partial with a dry napkin. Will definitely stay with B&B from now on

Watching a movie at the AMC Ward Parkway 14 is always a pleasure. I have found the staff to be courteous and helpful. I like the assigned seating and the recliners, however, we have encountered multiple seats where the seating surface is torn and cracked and needs replacing. It seems as if AMC is letting the place get run down and not keeping up with maintenance.
