Seats are great, and the community theater that donates proceeds to area charities is great. But how much was the loan from the taxpayers of Lake Geneva to reconstruct this business and persons with handicaps are cut off from accessing the 2nd floor. What good are handicapped accessible restrooms with no elevator to get to those restrooms? It speaks volumes of a business owners character, and the City council that allows it, by the way they treat the disabled within, and guests to, their community.

Nice experience. Parking is very limited. We were lucky and had bought tickets online as the Saturday matinee was sold out. Also they have alcoholic beverages available which was a pleasant surprise but sadly they couldn't sell any as no one working had serving license thus only 4 stars.

It was great to be back in the theater that was more welcoming than a giant Multiplex. The staff that sold us our tickets and popcorn were personable and kind. It was a good experience to be inside the renovated theater to know its history and to see how it was able to be up-to-date and historical at the same time.

Small nicely remodeled theater. 4 theaters with comfortable leather chairs. Snacks beverages available. Clean, and a good sound system. Come early, ticket line and concessions lines are a little slow.

I've been here on many occasions where there was a major issue. There have been multiple scheduling mistakes for movie times. On my most recent encounter of this, the showtime of the movie I went to see had to be pushed back 20 minutes because the previous movie was still showing. Other times they have different showtimes on their website and their Facebook. The worst experience I had here was when I saw Black Panther. The sound quality of the movie was horrible. Like grocery store loudspeaker from 20 years ago level horrible. When we informed the employees, they told us it was a stylistic choice for the movie. Yeah, I guess that's why the previews had the exact same issues too. They often don't clean the theater between showings. Otherwise, seats are really comfortable, and the snack options are decent. But I intend to drive the extra few miles to go to a quality theater from now on.
