This venue is perfect for amateur intimate theatre and music performances. We had our daughter's extra curricular vocal recital there and it was decent sound. The seats...not so good if you have any "extra" happy on your rump. All seat views are good though once you are crammed into a seat

No establishment parking at all, was there 2 nights in a row, parked 2 blocks away. Theatre was old but cozy and intimate. Very clean too.

Went for our granddaughter's singing recital . Small venue not a bad seat in the house!! Seats are really bad 1.5 hours was as much as i could take about the max. No parking so allow time to find a spot!!
