Updating my review. This theatre is awful. Two tickets and some snacks is $40+. For that price I guess I expected, oh I don't know, the floors to be swept from the last show. Maybe, wait for it, oh I do that know mopped. 1 in 5 chairs are broken. The food was old and tasteless. Going forward, we're sticking with Grant park. The experience is worth the price. This experience is not.

The place has a sweet arcade in the main lobby that's worth going to even if you're not there to watch a movie. It's a serious boon since there are not many places like it off the top of my head in the city. The movie selection is usually pretty good and overall the movie watch experience is not that bad. The biggest issues I have with the theatre are the prices for even a bag of popcorn and a drink I kind of insane and the seats are kinda cramped. It's not like most other theatres have the same issue though. Overall it's what you'd expect from any other movie theatre, with the exception that's it's a bit bigger than the other ones around the area. The thing that really makes it stand out though, is the sweet arcade, it definitely bumps my review up a star.

Went to see Indian Horse, online had it showing at 7pm. Get there and the kiosk and board stated it's only playing at 10pm. Went to see another movie instead. Get out of that movie and see the theatre across from ours was playing Indian Horse! I asked an employee and she stated I should've bought my ticket from the concession stand. I told her I don't frequent movies enough to know that. She said "for next time!" Not sure when that will be! ☹️ Not impressed.

I always enjoy my time there. The selection of arcade games are a bit lacking, but that's not what I go there for. The selection of movies are typical, but Cineplex goes out of their way to feature classics and favourites every so often, as well as special events for TV movies and such, which is really nice.

It's a theater... not clean, popcorn is eh, and the seats are sub par. Just recently I took my 7 children and we were harassed by 2 drunk men at the concession line. They were still allowed to stay even though they could barely stay standing. And in the theater a man stood up from his seat and started to aggressively masturbate in the theater in front of everyone and to the right side of my children. Thank goodness it was dark. Management removed and did not bother to apologize or address the situation with its patrons. All other times we have been here have been okay hence the 3 stars. Winnipeg is rapidly declining with its poor customer service and inflated pricing.
