Poor Customer service. having dealt with them for two years I met some nice people but no return phone calls or e-mails from their Staff. Most of them or I should say all of them don't even have their e-mails on their web site. All it is is a general info e-mail and one recorded phone message. Sadly, I would never open a business downtown.
