I searched for almost an entire day calling and going to over 15 stores for a cables I needed. Not only did these folks get it shipped in before I needed it, they said if it didn't come in time they could build me one to ensure Id have what I needed. No kept me in the loop the entire time of the process and always knew who I was when I called. I would easily travel out to their store for help.
