Lots of selection. Staff hard to find and reluctant to help. Asked for help with bike and racks but was told "if you can get it off the rack you can bring it home". No attempts to help.

Asked for a specific Music CD in that dept. The young male cashier shows me where to look then walks back to his counter (no one waiting to be served there). A young female cashier next to him who wasn't busy either (she was talking about her eczema break out) so I excused myself and asked if she could help me. Her reply was : "If it's for a CD..ask the clerk with the yellow vest" I didn't even get to ask a question.. so I go to the clerk with the yellow vest ..he is currently serving a customer & there is a line up waiting for him. Poor guy. I waited 15 minutes then another clerk with a "yellow vest" arrives. I ask him for help finding a CD. He says sure and he takes me over to the CD section and looks with me. The young female cashier who comes over and says to me that CD is not available on the store and probably won't be. Me: "HELLO? WHY DID YOU NOT LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR 15 MINUTES AGO INSTEAD OF SHOVING ME AWAY?? I thanked the young male clerk with the yellow vest for his help.
