Great place to take in a live show. Can't really go wrong with seating in this small venue.

Great theater. Went and saw "the Adams family" musical. Staff were very helpful. Theater was clean and didn't smell. Great lighting system and sound system.

It's a fantastic venue, but I have noticed the last four or five shows I have been to when the musicians on stage encourage people to stand, clap, sing along etc seconds later ushers will come along and tell people to stop. They come and tell you to sit down or that is enough. Uh? The last show I went to the act actually asked before encouraging the crowd to stand. Really? Is this an award winning venue or preschool? Very disappointing. I have been coming to the playhouse for over 20 years and that is beginning to suck all of the fun out of shows there.

Wonderful venue for arts and culture in Fredericton. My wife and I have seen a few shows here and they are always high quality. Bonus points for student pricing on a variety of shows!
