Poor service . I tried to get my tax return done for my small buisness. I had done most of the work by adding up all my expenses and making sure eveerythibg was clear and easy for the lady serving me. After 20 minutes she asked me for 316 dollars and told me I cant deduct the payment from my check like I had done for the last 3 years . Go to mountain Rd. They're more honest.

Set up an appointment to be told to wait two and a half hours minimum. I had set up an appointment a week prior to arriving to do my personal tax return. I called in before arriving to notify the receptionist/secretary that I was running 5 minutes late due to road conditions. She said not to worry as the couple scheduled after me were running a few minutes late as well. When I arrived, I handed my documents to her and she said that I'd have to wait. I asked her how long the wait was and she replied, ''A small wait, maybe two and a half hours''. I laughed and said that I'd just have to reschedule as I didn't make an appointment to wait for that long to be helped. What I find completely foolish is that she failed to communicate this to me, even when I called there before arriving. I've had positive experiences with H & R Block in the past, but I won't be doing business with them again. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service. I made an appointment for 1:00 and I didn't get served until almost 2:30. And even though other staff became available, they made me wait for the person the appointment was booked with. I had a similar experience last year. I won't be doing business with them again.
