Me and my wife were planning to go to this event since April. We got our tickets right outside of the Pit area in the front near the stage. However I'm a larger size guy and the seats are very small. There is hardly any extra leg room. I was unable to fit in the seat. Anything bigger than a 46 pant size you won't be able to sit comfortably or fit in the seat at all. The reason for my 5 star review is the head usher, I believe her name is Robin. She was able to get us into the box office area where the seats are larger. Robin if you read this, you were able to turn our almost catastrophic night into something we will remember forever at the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour. You and the staff have my heart felt thanks and appreciation. As me and my wife don't make a lot of money, it took our extra cash we've been saving just to come to this once in a lifetime show. I cannot say thanks enough to the staff and I would hug you Robin if I was sure you would let us.

Excellent show! Venue is beautiful. Ceiling frescos, entire walls embellished with in wall sculpting of cherubs, people, etc. Ornate gold painted perfection. The musicians hall where the performance was couldn't have been better. Acoustics shine there. The show we saw called Alive! was amazing, the kids and adults who performed were inspiring and blessed with talent. Overall, the Wang is about as close to perfection as you're going to get for any intimate concert venue.

When to see Anita Baker. The show was great. The only thing that stops it from being 5 stars is that if you was up in the nose bleeds seats and the entertainers had screens that shows montage videos, pictures and things. When you're up in the nosebleeds you can't see the screen so my advice would maybe put some screens on the side that they can take down but when they have a big concert they should have screens on the sides of the people to can see the stage better you know like they do in other venues. Also the bar closed early they should let the bar stay open a little later I don't know maybe have like one bar open later.

The place to see big expensive shows in Boston. Ornate theater that opened in 1925 as The Metropolitan, evolved into The Music Hall in the 60s and 70s, then back to the Metropolitan in the 80s before finally being rebranded as the Wang Center and restored to its former glory. Excellent sight lines even from the cheaper seats and spacious bathrooms where the lines aren't too long. Concessions are expensive and not too interesting.

Seats are not big guy friendly and I was on a isle. Seats are so tight people carry beer and drinks and spill on you or your seats , and yes even if bottom seat folds up the row walk ways are tight. Zero get by room. Concert it self was great. Inside was great
