I know it's an airport, the securities were rude and it's been awhile since being on a plane. I was not told about my carry on bag, I had to donate all stuff bought, full bottles and top of line creams. One lady wished me luck and a safe flight, I was shocked and very upset. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you for your best of luck, wishes. They should have told me. Sorry it's was a lot that was bought. Terrible. That stuff was needed muchly needed. Its $ I can't put towards my health. So yes a disgrace. To end the whole holiday with more loss. Thank you for at least letting me keep my first aid. That healed quite a bite. Too much loss. 😶. It sure is violating, when you have not been on a plane. Too much.

We always enjoy flying out of YSJ, especially now with Porter. Super fast baggage drop, friendly staff, polite security guards. Facilities are always getting improved every time I go.

The constant delays due to mechanical issues (typically have to fly them in from another airport) or the advanced weather cancellations without even the weather happening yet are TOO MANY. YHZ airport is very accomodative, the drive is worth it. Plus you typically have technicians on site, multiple flights to accomodate your travels.... I would not recommend flying out of this airport whatsoever!

Lovely, tiny airport. Good cafe and gift shop right next to the departure gate. Extremely friendly and helpful security and check-in staff. Good selection of car rental companies right next to baggage claim.

Unlike other airports, they go above and beyond to make the airport experience anxiety free. Thanks gang! However, Air Canada is a let down as always. They have lost my bags 6 times flying coast to coast. On one occasion, I had to delay Christmas due to this. Get your game together Air Canada, we pay you far too much to make such silly mistakes...
