No retail stores beyond a coffee shop. Has a pub, massages, eastern health and some other longterm tenants including and older movie theatre. Usually ample parking as don't see much traffic beyond employees and people needing to go there on business. Evenings the cinema and pub are only open facilities. Located just inside city limits of Mt. Pearl this small mall will soon see traffic from the nearly completed team gushue extension.

Movie theater is dated...but not to busy. Great place to take in a movie. Popcorn is always better and fresher then at the Avalon mall theater. Parking is easier and close.
