Love this place. They have an excellent selection of electronics, games, movies, accessories and even some cute robots. I recently had to bring my laptop in for repair and I will say I dealt mostly with a man named Mark. I'm calling him out here because of his friendliness, knowledge and excellent customer service. He's part of the Geek Squad and I had NO trouble getting my computer fixed and returned quickly. There are always other nice and knowledgeable staff to call on for help, but they aren't in your face. I highly recommend this store and am glad frankly that Future Shop was replaced by them!

While I like the no pressure sales of best buy. I found finding service to be the biggest challenge. The store was clean but product was low. Being the only best buy in Newfoundland I expected more stock. How can a store run out of a staple item such as chrome cast? I hope they improve this and if they do my review will change !

Make sure to always check online about details before just listening to the staff, they are broadly knowledgeable but many times I've asked technical questions and get fed a generalization. Always do your homework and shop around for prices. Costco and Walmart are usually cheaper.

Best spot for electronics hands down. Bit pricey but they do have good online sales from time to time.
