Conveniently close to the ferry, spotless bathrooms, cozy rooms, right on the water complete with kayak rentals and some of the best conversations I've had in Newfoundland... Need I say more... The owners are unpretentious, ecologically minded and super hospitable. I really enjoyed learning about soap nuts!!! This place is must when on your way in or out of Port aux Basque, whether it's for couple of nights or just to visit the property and rent a kayak.

This is an amazing place! I met the hosts before they started their venture and came across this place completely by accident when looking for a place to spend the night. It blew my mind. They've done really well with the place. Their place is cozy, fun, quirky, progressive, and inspirational. A true gem that you shouldn't miss when you're exploring Newfoundland's best coast.

I stayed there for 3 nights 4 days, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, they are travellers with insights and stories to share. Eager to help you learn sostainable habits if you want. I loved the interior design they have, they offer many non-screen ways to have fun. Kayaks, bikes, hikes, etc. The different places to chill out in the site, one is just perfect to sing along a campfire and play music while enjoying a nice sunset over the river, and The Lounge, a sanctuary for meditation, dancing, or projecting the Friday's foreign movie. Definitely I have to go when I visit Newfoundland again.

Waw! I stayed a couple of days and it was awesome! Lana and Roshni are really friendly hosts. They have bikes to use, for free: perfect to explore the beautiful Codroy Valley and get to the great hikes nearby! Foreign Friday Movies on Friday was very interesting, I really liked the movie we watch! The house, the view are so relaxing, and the bed was very comfy! I don’t want to spoil Lana and Roshni’s projects, but I can tell I got excited to hear about them. Would definitely go back if I am in the area again. So definitely recommend the stay!!
