My second home! Well worth collecting Scene it points! They add up to free movies quickly! New Snacks are becoming more healthy. Good hot food choices too. And and ice-cream bar with lots of toppings!

Because people dont actually work behind the counter to sell tickets the lineup is very long as customers try to figure out the computers. There was even a lineup for "print your own". Only one person takes tickets and has customers crowded around them to give their tickets. On a good note, there seem to be a good amount of staff to clean the theatre after a movie showing. Concession lines are always slow, they always have been

Nice place to watch a film. The only downside are those customers who talk, surf the internet, or make a huge racket eating, while the movie is on, But those people are everywhere. Unfortunately.

Normally a great place, however, this past Saturday I went to see The Book Club with girlfriends and we left unhappy. During the movie, at a very emotional point, some team members came in with very loud walkie-talkies that not only went off once for 4 times in the span of about 2 minutes. Then they very noisily wheeled in a garbage can for the end of the movie, even though it wasn't close to the end of the movie. We spoke to a manager after the movie about this and all he said was "Sorry, we tell our staff to put their hands over the walkie-talkies so guests don't hear them." Nothing else excpet that I knew the mom of the manager and I said to say hi to her. I guess I don't know what I was expecting , but it wasn't just a short phrase. I'll be going back, as it's convenient and I've never had a bad experience before, but the customer service needs to be "upped". Thanks for reading!

manager very aggressive about people using the machines to pay for tickets. No assistance given to those who are unsure how to use them. Theatre very cold. Not a good experience at all. If you want people to come to the theatre make it an enjoyable experience. The you people who work there are all lovely. They used to seem happy to be there. Need better management.
