The VIP lounge and cinema are nice, especially compared to the old theater, but the VIP movie selection is pretty limited. The food is good, although pricey, and tickets are expensive. Although a benefit to paying $25 per ticket is that people will rarely talk during the movie. The rest of the theater feels a bit claustrophobic and poorly laid out. There's no entrance to the Pickering Town Center, that the theater is connected to, and I'm not sure what was going on with the layout of the lobby but there isn't enough room for people to line up to buy tickets. The ticket line blocked the rest of the lobby and stretched into the games area. The non VIP seats technically recline, just not as much as the VIP seats, and the armrests can't be put in an upright position, which was mildly disappointing. That actually describes the entire experience, mildly disappointing. If the in-seat service matter to you, this is your theater. If it doesn't, go to Landmark for half the price, and a better experience.

The VIP cinema is absolutely amazing. Fully reclining heated seats with footrest and a swing table for your food and drinks. The staff is absolutely tremendous. The food is delicious and the drinks are made just right no complaints. I was invited for a private screening being a Scene member and they're opening their new cinema and I had a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.

Went to this location last evening to watch a movie. The theatre is new and super clean. I see there's an arcade area plus a restaurant with pool table. I paid big bucks for VIP ($25.99) which I didn't think was even worth it. The only difference with VIP verses regular admission are the large heated leather recliner seats, and the obvious inflated price. Please do yourself a favour and save your money...go to the regular shows instead. Keep in mind though that the regular admission prices have increased but is still far less than the cost of going VIP. The concession is super expensive too. Well I guess someone has to pay for all the renovations...take a wild guess who that may be! I would have given 5 stars if everything was not so extremely overpriced!

Oh my it was wonderful Having dinner in my seat in the movie. It was heated and reclining sofa. I have been to VIP MOVIES before and pickering newly built one was the best. When the movie was over, managers would greet you and wish you a pleasant night. Which i think is an awesome idea. It makes you feel that what you spend in the theater it was worth it. I do hope it will continues to be this way. In so doing people will always return and do not think twice about the extra money spent. Overall i enjoyed today's movie " The Purge" and top it off great service.

Hayley H, one of the managers was amazing. We had a little confusion we thought we could go with young daughter in vip section as long as we were with her but we couldn’t. It was also my birthday and Hayley H looked after us and dealt with the little mishap. The seats are amazing...reclining so very comfortable! Thanks for a lovely first time at the cinema Hayley H!
