Just saw David Blaine show here. The theatre is beautiful and clean. Sound is clear. Air quality is good. It gets crowded by the front doors at the beginning of events. Ushers do a wonderful job. Staff was not serving beverages/snacks up stairs even though theatre was full. That would have been helpful since our seats were pretty high up. Wonderful historical theatre.

The Fox Theater is an essential part of the Detroit experience. I recommend seeing a show there even if you are not interested in the performance. You can spend hours looking at the lobby alone. It is in brilliant condition and is able to bring you to another state of awareness for how it was to live in the past. The staff is very friendly and genuinely seem to care about giving guests the best environment to enjoy the event. Seating is very comfortable. With theater style seating there is not a bad seat in the house, even on the balcony. It is also available for rental for private events.

Very nice theater. First time there and watched David Blaine. Had great seats but I think you could see great from where ever you sit. The process for getting into the place could possibly be a little easier. It took 30 minutes to get into the door and that wasn’t too fun but other than that it was a great experience and I really enjoyed the show. Staff was very friendly as well.

The Beautiful Fox Theatre in Detroit is a treat to the senses. She has been restored and elevated beyond her former majestic glory. With luxuriously ornate pillars thick x. The ceilings are painted with vivid Eastern motifs. The theater which was restored to it's former is an experience for the eyes.

Absolutely beautiful theatre. We came here for a show for my kids and I spent probably more time looking at the ornate detail in the theatre than the show itself. This is definitely a great place to see a show and we will be back in the future. Friendly staff were willing to answer questions for us too since it was our first time at this venue.
