We have been going here for many years and at a weekly basis, every Saturday. We got to know Malik and Charles and giving them a shout out for a great job. When we started going, pricing was $5. Of recent, maybe the last 9 -12 months (as I recollect), pricing went from $7 in the matinee to now $10 for general admissions. The recent purchase of Rainbow and name change to Imagine had resulted in a dramatic admission increase. Increase in minimum wage at the beginning of this year, 2018, didn't help either. Rainbow was well run with many benefits. Imagine has made it more corporate with no value added. Screens are the same. Seating and carpeting are the same. Washrooms are the same. Took away some of the amenities Rainbow offered. Sorry, we haven't been there for a couple months and the only reason we went today was because the youngest wanted to see Jurassic World.

Friendly staff, reasonable price for ticket and food is also decent. Theatre seats are vintage but that’s what you pay for. Honestly though it’s $10 for a ticket and cineplex is $13. However the nostalgic feeling and Reid my staff and most of all I don’t like 3D or 4d glasses so it’s awesome that they never have anything more then a regular movie. Thumbs up

What a difference from when it was a Rainbow Cinema. Very clean, bright and much more friendly staff. Theatres are clean and digital sound, was told seats are next to be updated. Not a fan of no more 1 time refill of popcorn or soda, but even bigger movie places do this now. Keep up the good work and renovations

Love going to this place with my friends and family. It's cheep and quiet and it feels like every seat is a good one. The staff were very kind and helpful when i needed them and i absolutely love how old fashion it is.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went to watch the First Purge with a friend and the worker KICKED US OUT of the theatre half way through the movie. All of this JUST BECAUSE we did not have our ID showing that we were 18+. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also, theatres are small, sound quality was horrible, chairs are VERY uncomfortable/itchy and the screen curtains kept shaking throughout the film. Do yourselves a favour, and DO NOT watch a movie at this theatre. :)
