Great venue for an intimate concert last Friday evening. However the sound mixing could have been better as the guitar with Ken Brown overwhelmed his voice and it was difficult to hear him well.

This is a lovely little theatre in Uptown Waterloo. It's very close to King street if you want to go out for dinner before a show, or grab a drink afterwards. There's no parking at the theatre itself, but usually plenty of street parking (or you could park a few blocks over at Waterloo Town Square and walk). They program an eclectic mix of shows, all performed and created by community members. The theatre itself is quite small, which means the audience is very close to the action. It is a somewhat flexible space, meaning that the audience could be sitting in traditional bleachers, or could be surrounding the stage, depending on the show. They have a small bar and concession stand for intermission, and a play library that audience members can peruse during breaks. This theatre has a very warm and cozy feel!

The first KW flamenco festival is coming; I went to buy tickets ahead of time, because as a student I have a discount. When I went inside, there was a summer camp and a girl went to get some personell, after a while a man came (apparently part of the staff of the theater) his name was something similar than "Todd or Bob" He showed up with a sense of urgency and pointing at the flamenco poster, when he looked at me he said that he didn't own the company; next I said if he could explain how I could get tickets and he started laughing. For the personell that works at this little theater: please be kind and respectful, we never know who are we talking to. Also, one of Canada Mottos is "Diversity is Canada's Strength" please practice what you praide, if you are talking with someone foreign and that doesn't understand your system there's no need to be aggressive.

Been in KW for years but this was the first time I'd been to the KW Little Theatre. Great play and great space. I look forward to the next production I see here.

Cozy little Theatre. Very talented actors and great props. Would be nice to have a bigger place.
