Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. The security are extremely rude... And one of the managers walks around dressing like a middle aged frat-boy. All of that is enough to make you not want to come back.. but I wish that was it! Finding BLACK MOLD in the ice of your drink is a real turn off. *puke* WILL NOT be coming back. And WILL NOT ever recommend this bar to anyone. Not the introduction to "London's hottest country bar" I was expecting.

Was having a fun time, loving the music and the environment. Then the bouncer kicked my buddy and I out. We were not behaving in any way that deserved being kicked out, were simply standing and chatting. Very dissapointed that when I asked why I was being kicked out he had no answer. Very frustrating way to end the night. Will not be back. Edit: The owner has replied and has said I was kicked out for being intoxicated and being rude to the staff. First of all, I was the DD last night. Second of all, the only interactions I had with staff was when I was kicked out. I did not question the reasoning when being kicked and so I am disappointed the owner is lying to uphold his business' reputation.

Ask one question and get kicked out. "Where is the bathroom" "Sorry, you have to leave." Literally 20 minutes ago. And they won't answer the messages now.

I have been here numerous times. Each experience found the staff extremely rude last time I went will be the last time I will ever go. I had 2 drinks the entire night. I went to the bar and waited 20 min for a drink as I watched other people walk up after me and get served because they would sneak to the side but I understand it is hard to keep track of who is first because it's busy so I waited and the bar tender would look at me and keep serving others. After 20 min I said excuse me I have been waiting and she cut me off and said so are these people that would just walk up and get a drink. She also said I need to be patient and threatened to kick me out. I was disgusted with how rude she was. I was quiet and waited 20 min trying to be understanding when others are loud and rude and getting served right away and she responded in such an unprofessional manner when I was just trying to be patient for her and respectful. Never again will I go there.

Went there for a concert a couple of weeks ago. Venue is nice, but meant more for country music concerts. Drinks are also ridiculously overpriced. Definitely would have been a better experience at the Music Hall...
