where do I begin... with the mold growing in my residence room? With the staff who treat you almost sub humanly because you are but a helpless student under their power? They will fine you over anything that they can like playing beer pong (Ive attended other colleges. In no other place has this been an issue, little lone an offence) the multiple lights that are burned out in our shared residence room haven't been touched despite issuing work orders for them. Long story short, this place is a joke.

Great College. Small classes, a lot of one-to-one and teachers are always helpful and available. Have nothing bad to say about this school! You won't regret your decision.

In all honesty this has to be the worst college I have ever been to. I have been to 3 different colleges in the past, and loyalist college is by far the worst. All of the negative reviews on here are extremely accurate. Personally, my experience at loyalist college has been full of negligence on behalf of all the teachers, deans, and student success mentors. They fail to follow their own policies, follow their own curriculum, and provide students with an equal opportunity environment. My teachers failed me for something I never did, the dean did not investigate into my situation appropriately, and now I'm out of school. I had an 80+ average in all my courses, but a teacher did not like me and could not see past it. My student success mentor failed to follow school policy and provide me with the documents that i needed to withdraw after i had spoken to him, which then caused me to miss the deadline, and owe the college more money. As you can see, from my personal experience, loyalist college has shown me nothing but negligence, corruption, an inability to admit to their own mistakes, and an inability to do the right thing. A former loyalist college student.

I’m a media student. I love my course and wonderful teachers! I’m truly glad that I’ve chosen this college. A great place to focus on your study. Love the community too.

Thought of changing my review after a few months of experience in Belleville, even though first impressions were good For your knowledge, please read if you're planning to come to this college. First of all it's not a bad college, by saying that it doesn't mean i liked it very much. Thought about writing it while pooping in bathroom lol! in this college, if you get what i meant!!!! If you're changing course coming here it will be mess and you might not get your desired course here. College residence is costly except for the first two months. Bus transit is okay. Teaching staffs are also okay. Overall expense in a month is also affordable compared to other colleges in Toronto. Only problem here it is with this place. In Belleville it is hard to find jobs especially for international students,it may take months to get a good job. Don't choose this college if you're looking for a Toronto like city! You ll be disappointed. Otherwise great college and place for newcomers to Canada!
