Review by my wife: I ordered the arrangement in the first picture. Spoke with the owner and another woman on the phone on Thursday and asked if they could make two of these for my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law for Christmas. I initially asked if I could email some pictures of arrangements that I liked. The owner got on the phone and said she didn’t have time for that, that she was busy with a funeral. I asked if she would even have time to make these two small arrangements, since she was soooo incredibly busy. She replied, “maybe. If you get your order in ASAP.” I should have just walked away from it then, but against my better judgement, I got on their Facebook page and looked at some examples of Christmas arrangements they had made and I chose one I liked. I called back and spoke with another lady and ordered the arrangement in the first photo. I specified that I preferred red roses and plaid ribbon. Look at what my mother-in-law received today! UGLY BROWN ribbon in a Christmas arrangement??? Not to mention, the arrangement on their Facebook page has 4 red roses and other flowers - which I could justify paying $50 each. But this??? The arrangement my MIL received has ONE white rose and two carnations. I don’t see any pine cones. I don’t see any Christmas ribbon. I am so embarrassed. This is SHAMEFUL!!!! I have ordered floral arrangements from this woman for my family in Canada for years. I have trusted her to do right by me and my husband across the miles. I should have known better when she talked to me like she didn’t want my business over the phone on Thursday! I am completely humiliated!
