Much better than previous visits, but it was a school day, no problem using accessible spaces. Restrooms in side hall are better for wheelchairs than the ones by concession area.

Had a great time. The employees who helped us get my parents and Aunt into the theater were friendly and helpful. We saw Ready Player One and enjoyed it immensely 😀 Thank you again to the staff that helped us with 2 wheelchair bound people & getting our concessions order into the theater & helping Dad to his seat. You guys were awesome and made the experience even better 😄

Friendly and helpful staff. Attended a birthday party there which included kids and adult chaperones. Everyone had a great time and the party room was very nice.

Very unsanitary and barely any staff on hand. I was definitely disappointed at the state that the movie theater was in. The seats and carpet were a bit wet, which caused me to be very uncomfortable while watching the movie. And the whole interior of the theater was very run down looking and had a very old feel. ( but not in a very good way) I would definitely not go here ever again.

Always enjoyed this Regal. I noticed this time that during a rush managers quickly and efficiently stepped up to assist staff. The queues for the lines were set up well, that is, they made sense, it wasn't a mess of ropes and stands. I liked the alcohol offering for the over 21 crowd. I think there's mileage in instituting happy-hour packages or prices with a movie. The theaters were clean and I saw the staff getting ready to go in as soon as we left.
