TERRIBLE!!!!!! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! ALWAYS late for every single appointment. Waste TONS of time dilly dallying when they're on a job (and then they bill you by the hour). NEVER finish a job in the time they say they're going to. Said they would have a job done in one visit. Took them THREE visits to finish, then charged me travel time EVERY visit. Sold me equipment they never installed and never even opened out of the box. At the end of the job, I asked for a refund to which I received the reply, "We don't do refunds." Excuse me? You don't do refunds on product you sold me that I don't even need and hasn't even been ever opened out of the box?? They can't follow simple instructions. I told them to install an outdoor camera in a certain spot. They drilled holes and put the camera in the wrong place!!!!???? Simply unbelievably awful company.... These guys are pretty much SCAM artists. Lazy, tardy, unreliable, dishonest. Stay FAR FAR away... can't believe it's the same company as the other reviews.... Ridiculous company that I don't even know how they are still in business!!!!

Fantastic service (mostly dealing with Moe) and a great display room. Expensive, but everything in there is top quality. You get what you pay for.
