Nice medium sized theatre. Very comfortable seating and good sight lines.

The acoustics are terrible and it feels more like a warehouse than a theatre. Mirvish crammed as many chairs in there as they could without any regard for being able to walk between them or sit comfortably. If you have an mobility issues, forget about it - the aisles and stairways are so narrow it feels like the subway during rush hour.

The staff here is always great. It also has a lot of the best shows Mirvish brings to town. But the actual architecture and audience experience in this place is the worst of all the local theatres. The lobbies are tiny and so cramped. The theatre itself is so long and narrow that unless you're in the first few orchestra rows, it feels like your miles from the stage. The balcony's front row isn't bad, but in the center seats you can see lighting equipment jutting up into your view if you aren't over 5'6 or so. If you're in the second balcony, it's like being a block away and three stories up from the stage.
