Wonderful helpful employee.

My brother & my neice & I all went up 2 see scream last night...sat..@ 430 ... I just want 2 say a h u g e thank you so much 2 the great guy who was so so helpful & good 2 help me load up the q r thing 4 the covid shot (s)... I m not the biggest computer person & I was having problems loading the thing onto my phone...it was a tad frustrating 4 me. .but the door guy was wonderful & super helpful & he helped me 2 do what I had 2 do.. He was wonderful..he had even asked if he could touch my phone & put in my health card #.. thanks 2 him 4 helping me out..he was great & he was very kind .

Generally a great experience. Bathrooms are generally well kept. Most staff are friendly. Infact I recently took my daughter there with 5 other friends for her bday I was super stressed about managing them without having the party package (we didn't have enough kids to book one) anyway the ticket staff member was amazing! So friendly and even held my mom's ticket so she could join and help me even though she arrived after I was already in the theatre! Usually I find the concession stand extremely slow and frustrating... While it was still slow the last time I went I must say the girl helping me was very helpful and put together enough boxes so I could manage 6 kids popcorn combos on my own!!

It is a movie theater so it does that fine. Don't get any food from the specially section to the side. My wife and I ordered wraps and fries and the fries were the best part. It took twenty minutes for our food, there was staff just standing around and people who ordered after us for their food before us (they ordered wraps to do no reason they should have gotten their food first). No reason to go here over any other movie theater.

Seats are too small prices are too much and it would've been nice to have the AC a little higher on the hottest week of the year. Landmark theaters has better seating, better pricimg and free refills on popcorn and drinks.

Very clean great staff. My only complaint is theater 10. Sound was too low. Had a hard time hearing the simple dialogue. Other then that it's your typical movie theater.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building is fairly new, with a clean foyer, bathrooms and large clean cinemas. It's also located on a bus route which makes it easy to access.
