Bought a refurbished ac here and it was brand new still in the original package. The sales guy was great and lowered the price for me. Plus he carted it out to my vehicle for me. Pretty standup guy!

Have found some really good deals on electronics, accessories and small appliances. Best prices ever are on SD Cards. Suggest you check online for availability of sale items at your store.

I have bought several TVs among plenty of other things from Matt (manager). He knows a lot about the technical specs on items they carry and can steer you in the right direction. He has an excellent disposition and a very customer focused manor. I've dealt with him enough to say he really enjoys working with customers and strives to make sure that customers leave the store satisfied. He's a tremendous asset to Factory Direct. Thanks Matt for all your help!

Very good deals here, Just make sure you read the specifications before any purchases are made. I misread one of the boxes and ended up getting the wrong T.V. but the people here were great with the return and exchange for the right one. Will visit here again for my next T.V. Purchase, they have other cool stuff here also.
