We are regular customers at Dominos on Charing Cross. We always order from the app and the pizza is normally excellent. Today was the exception. The app wasn’t working so I called the store. I ordered a build your own crispy thin crust with our favourite toppings. When the pizza was delivered it was not a crispy thin crust. The crust was soggy and the edge was huge. I also ordered cheesy garlic fingers. They were so greasy it was soaked into the box.

Why add the option online for adding things like "use side door" or "call upon arrival" if they're just going to ignore it all and bang on my front door so hard it sounds like it shattered. Waking up half my house. I am a loyal and constant customer and im just baffled this happened. Not only that, my 3 dips where simply tossed on my pizza... indenting it covering them with grease... I will think twice ordering here again.

Extremely busy for $3.50 pizza. Crazy parking, congested inside. Waited extra time because the order was wrong. Waited 15 more minutes and still ended up with the same wrong order they initially made. Frustrating!

I am normally not a fan of dominoes and I have never been to this location, I was starving and it was the only place open near home. Let me tell you the pizza was actually amazing and delicious but the staff were also amazing. There were 4 or 5 young staff members and they were so polite, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this location!

Really fun to go here! I thought the staff was kind and friendly! Don't listen to Emily Kelly, the only thing she hates more than pizza is herself!
