Very conveniently located parking lot for long term and short term parking. Safe parking in a clean structure...funny thing is ti has an amazing view of lak Ontario! Our company rents a number of spots in the building and we are so happy to have covered parking especially in the winter. It is also directly attached to the Burlington Theater. There are a number of stairwells and an elevator.

This is an excellent parking garage. It's located right downtown in Burlington, a half block from Spencer Smith Park and steps from a formidable number of local restaurants. It's well lit, the parking spaces are sufficiently wide and long to accommodate large vehicles - even some pickup trucks fit - and it rarely gets full. It has an electronic sign out front that tells how many spaces are left (and lists the number of Accessible Spaces available as well). There are 6 levels, with Accessible spots on each. There's an single elevator for those with baby carriages or mobility issues. The Garage recently put in new parking meters that require you to enter your licence plate number (so you don't need to take the ticket back to your vehicle). I've noticed that some people find the LCD displays on the meters hard to read, and the instructions confusing. The garage offers free parking on Friday nights and weekends (up to 3 hours, but they don't seem to check this very often), plus free parking after 6 pm weekdays. You also can purchase monthly passes that allow 24/7 parking in this garage (currently a pricey $134 per month). The very bottom level offers several free 20-minute parking spots. Finally, the Garage offers two electric-vehicle parking spaces complete with charging stations. There was an old Tesla Roadster charging up here the other day. All in all, this public parking garage has it all.

Last year we used the elevator in the parking garage, and before my elderly mother could exit the elevator, the door closed on her, striking her shoulder and arm rather roughly before swinging back open. I reported this to the BPAC manager. I hope they fixed this problem.
