What a lovely venue! Brought our kids for a family show and was seated up in the balcony but it was PERFECT! not a bad seat in the house. Parking was easy... found a lot down the street. There were lots of options for snacks and drinks. Washrooms are clean and staff were friendly. I would definitely go back to this venue.

Great venue for almost anything. We saw David Blaine there and it was perfect for his close up magic. Been there for stand up comics and kids shows. Great for all. Not sure about loud concerts thought. Parking is very easy. Lots of parking lots around and plenty of places to eat before or after a show.

Saw a concert here for the first time and much to my surprise, it was underwhelming. I say this wholeheartedly because the last thing I'm thinking about is having to question the acoustics of a performance centre like Sony's. My seats were in the orchestra, about 20 rows up and could barely hear the band performing. Not sure if this was the band's sound tech who purposely dampened the sound or if it was the Sony Centre's speaker system hovering in the range of negative decibels. It was also very humid and sticky inside the venue which made it unpleasant. Adding to the disappointment was a situation involving a group of intoxicated young women who vomited in the row directly in front of me causing a foul smell for most of the show. In my opinion, security was slow to tend to them and when they were finally escorted out, there was little done to mask the foul smell. I completely understand that the show is still going on and the last thing the Sony Centre's staff would want to do is obstruct the view of the other guests while cleaning up the mess, however, putting down some odour eater or even carpet cleaner as a quick fix could have helped. I am a pretty forgiving person and do believe this is a one-off situation but unfortunately all of this made for a really unpleasant first-time experience at this facility. I apologize for the negative review but I just don't think I will be back to see another concert here as the price I paid to see the show did not match the product or quality of service I was expecting in a performance centre.

The service was 10* out of 5. The people on the phone, the door person, the box office, the servers, ushers and security were all knowledgeable, polite and went the extra mile on everything. The place was spotless (even the women's bathroom, & after a concert that is no small feat). The sound was excellent. I really wish the chairs were higher so there would be more leg room. Other than that, I had an amazing time, thank you.

Great auditorium for musical performances. I went for a pianist, and acoustics were amazing. The seats have adequate leg room, but I'm a bit of a small person. I sat in orchestra section with a clear view of the stage. Elegant entrance and foyer. Ushers were helpful and pleasant. Selection of refreshments is limited.
