My first time in here was for Wicked and It was phenomenal! Our seats were near the top back of the venue, so I'd recommend people who are planning on these seats to bring binoculars if allowed so you can see better. Or purchase closer seats, it's worth it. The building is gorgeous and the seats were comfortable! I felt like I was taken to a whole new place, like as if I boarded the Titanic. Definitely worth visiting!! And the food/beverage prices were very reasonable!

We saw Wicked and it was.... well.... wicked. My wife was waiting 8 years for it to come back and we weren't disappointed. The theater and large but you have a great view from wherever you are. It's a clean theater that leaves you feeling good. The only problem was the woman's washroom during intermission. The lineup was ridiculously long but it's hard to fix that. Overall it was a great experience and it's definitely worth going. Lots of places to go around the theater as well, including The Eaton's Centre.

It's sort of hard to rate the theatre without rating the show. I'll give it a go, but also note that I saw Wicked here and really loved it, if you're considering this play in particular. The theatre was very clean and the staff was very helpful when I had to come back and look for my phone after the show. Seats were comfortable though after a while of sitting it does start to wear on you. There is not a really steep incline or anything so heads are likely to block a part of your view. Also watch out for chairs at the end of some aisles, I'm not sure exactly what they're for but they're raised up a bit causing some strips.

I went to the July 15 matinee performance of Wicked with my daughter, mother and sister and we all absolutely loved it. The performance was spectacular. The acting, singing, costumes and sets were all amazing and the theatre is simply beautiful. We had seats in row J of the upper mezzanine. The seats were comfortable and the views were great.

Beautiful theatre. It was a packed house and at intermission we were lucky to be directed to the bar at the front. It's full service and had no line up because most people didn't know it was there. We were served quickly. They do need more washrooms though, especially for the ladies. My wife had to wait in a long line up at the start of the show.
