Not happy with this location. The staff is always nice and friendly and polite. There always seems to be something wrong with my order. Today I tried the new double down Junior combo and it's missing its cookie. They didn't give me a copy of my receipt so I can't fill out the store survey because I don't know what their store number is. I think I'm just going to go across town to the one on Queen Street because at even though ititakes longer to get there but my orders always right

New special $5 fill 'er up specials are very good deals. Best I've seen in years anywhere. They are running a survey campaign too that once you fill it out you can get an order of popcorn chicken or cheesecake the next time you're in for Free. Can't be beaten' anywhere!!!

Kentucky Fried Chicks -- no adult chickens were harmed in the making of this meal. Felt like we were eating chicken nuggets with the bones. We each ordered a 3-piece chicken dinner. Had to return to the counter and each order another piece (nugget), so that we felt as if we had dinner. It made for an expensive and unsatisfying meal. Went twice -- first and last visit. The one star is awarded for the friendly cashier.

Update: KFC has changed! For the worse. Much worse! I give 2 stars now instead of 4 and while the service is still good, the chicken is gross. Tasteless, greasy, and pieces are half the size as they used to be. The gravy is gross too... tastes like cardboard. The only thing that tastes good are the Original Recipe Tenders and Macaroni Salad. They are so well-trained here to be courteous. That's fantastic. I wish all the KFCs were like that. The gravy is so good here! The pop is usually good too and the service is good, except that for some reason when you order a spicy big crunch, they give a quarter size amount of sauce. It's ridiculous. About 3 months ago, the chicken was so good. It was original recipe, nicely cooked and spiced, but when I bought chicken near the beginning of July 2017 (last month), it was terrible. It had very little breading and little spice. Since then, I did not come back for chicken. I see that they have a "we're hiring" sign up, so hopefully the new ones will make the chicken better. Also, back a couple months ago, o ordered a 4 piece meal. They told me 2 pieces are dark and 2 pieces white. So I asked to make one of the dark pieces a breast piece and that I'd have to pay $2 more (rip off but I said okay), then she claimed that she would have to charge me for 3 white pieces. I explained to her that it comes with 2 white, I'm only switching one of the dark for white. She insisted on charging me for all white pieces. So mind boggling how she could not understand that that would be wrong.
