The theatre is classy, with ticket scanners at the doors, an improving variety of shows, and overall a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are helpful, and the theatre layout is easier to adapt to than other theatres. There is unfortunately only one male bathroom downstairs, and no elevator or ramp to the second floor, so accessibility seats are only on the bottom floor. Their cookies are yummy, and their snack choice changes up between seasons. Pricing is average, and in comparison to some of the theatres I’ve been to downtown, can be quite reasonable. The technicians are very efficient here; whenever there is the rare technical difficulty, I find that it is fixed rather quickly. If you happen to meet the theatre manager, he will greet you with one of the brightest smiles you’d ever see; he is very open to suggestions and conversation, which is why I can understand how they are always improving over the past years.

Every visit here is great. The staff are phenomenal and the space is really well equipped. You can tell they pride themselves in providing an atmosphere that matches the performance going on.

We love attending shows at this theatre especially for its ambience plus the seating. Meaning that one can sit anywhere in the hall and still enjoy the view very comfortably. The shows which are brought to this theatre are really high calibre shows which are excellent for an evening out with your loved ones. Strong recommendation.

I really love the cleanliness and the atmosphere at this theatre. I went, most recently, for my niece and nephew's dance recital, but it is always nice to hear when the recital takes place at Flato - it is a gorgeous venue.
