It's a quiet small mall with a relaxed atmosphere. Maybe too relaxed, music was depressing. But some good shops with some great sales. Also movie theater, Metro, an escape room and I think even bowling are all here.

The mall has cracked and broken tiles on the floor throughout the building, and peeling/hanging paint from the ceiling due to water damage (outside former HR Fashion Plus & Fido). Unplugged camera wires hang down from a security camera in front of Cortesis. The front entrance is dirty. Approximately 9 empty store fronts. Outdated music, if the music is playing, some days it's off. Unfortunately there is no food court.

The mall itself is basically a great place to walk if you need a quick loop out of the elements. The best features of it is the theatre and the coles bookstore. Not many places still have small wonderful book stores like coles anymore, so i always make a point of popping in and perusing the books.

Ahh, the Northumberland mall. What was once the "happening" place in Cobourg, the staple and highlight of any young teens weekend is now sadly a near empty ghost mall like so many others. It saddens me to give this rating, and it's probably generous with no food court and all... Just a strip mall hiding in a fancy building.
