The Byham is a beautiful old theatre, lots of charm and character!! In the lobby are historic photographs and timelines about the theatre through its existence. Make sure to plan a few extra minutes so you can read and enjoy the display! There’s a parking garage directly across the street too so parking is nice and easy!

This is an obviously dated venue but it still holds it's charm! The bathrooms are in good shape and the seating in the actual theater are nice. The greatest thing about this place is it's sound system which is very clear and crisp.

When you type Byham Theater into Google you get referrals to ticket re-seller sites. You have to go down 5 or 6 sites before you hit them. After that everything went well. My ticket was reserved with a simple credit card payment and was picked up at the ticket office. The ushers were very courteous and efficient. Overall a 5 star experience.

The theatre show was absolutely amazing !! Ariel did a wonderful wonderful job! The way she acted seemed so real when she was excited you could really tell!! The whole show was beyond expectations !! 3 cheers to this crew!!! Seating was very cramped with no leg room. It was built in the 1920s though so I imagine people were a lot smaller lol. Loved the show!! But would like to try a different theatre with more leg room. Intermission was much needed. GREAT job to the theatre crew ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Super awesome experience. Yeah it was crowded, yes it was for kids. The people were very nice and respectful, we went for a BuzzWords trip and my kids were very excited. Though they may have been a handful the people around us were understanding. I hope to go back for another event. I encourage others to enjoy the Byham as well, so many great performances here and it's a gorgeous theater.
