Worst shopping experience in my life! Went in looking for a fairly high priced kitchen appliance. Waited around for at least 15 minutes, no sales person in site so asked for some help at the front cashier. Waited another 15 minutes for him to actually show up.(we were on the verge of walking out). Sales person would only talk with my husband, did not address me once or even have eye contact with me. Oh he was very informative and chatty with my spouse but it was like I was invisible or something. Expected much better service than what I received. Disappointing to say the least! This has soured my experience so much I will never shop in that branch of Best Buy again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Took my comp here for repairs. Said they would call me back that day with a diagnostic. I call them back 4 days later. They sent my comp out for repair . I called back a week later and they are looking for parts. I wait another 3 days call again and still looking for parts. They had my computer for over 5 weeks to replace a power supply and video board.

This is one of the smaller Best Buys in the Kw, Cambridge area. Located near the large Contestoga Mall, St. Jacobs Farmers Market, and many other consumer oriented shops. This Best Buy for its size carries whatever the larger stores carry. By that I mean, it may not be on the store floor but they can get it for you. Staff has never been in your face or follows you around the a stalker. You have a question they will try and provide the answers you need. I would say when the store is slow (weekdays) you can have the occasional issue of finding someone to answer questions. Its probably different for everyone but I found the TV section a little lacking in getting questions. Not all the time but enough for me to make a comment. Overall I have no qualms with this store and have gone there many times

Usually I go get my screen protector changed few times a year. Because they come with life time warranty and it's a fantastic idea. The problem I had today was the guy that changed it took about 25 min and my phone was all wet when he was done. Usually this goes without a problem.I think he wasn't trained properly.

Tried to buy major appliances but since they had a Bosch sales rep demonstrating washers to employees, they ignored us. They stood around the washers and we weren't able to get close to look at them. We were clearly standing right beside the employees trying to see the washers but it was like we weren't there! When we finally said we're trying to look at these, the Bosch sales rep went to grab another Best Buy employee to help us, who then told us he knew nothing about appliances, thus unable to tell us differences between models and price points. Great job Best buy! Hope you learned a lot from the Bosch sales rep while we went elsewhere to spend our money!
