Meh? Not what it used to be. Buying local is still important to me and I waited to buy from these guys until I could make it in during their restricted business hours, just to be told I could have just as well gone to a popular American chain store to buy my favourite gear. Good to know. At least I got to pay while sitting in a chair. That's worth the trip right?

I bought a TV here a few months back. There was an issue with which I was unhappy. Not expecting much help, I contacted the store, and one of the managers Byron took my call. He was very empathetic to my concerns, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the whole situation. While I had been "second-guessing" if I had made the best decision buying here instead of a big box store, I am now certain that I did. The personal service I received was truly appreciated. I will definitely shop here again, and I can feel good about supporting and recommending an independent business that showed they truly care about their customers. Thanks again Byron!

Don't waste your time or money with Geek Squad for TV installation. Gibson Sound & Vision not only offers the same install service for over $150 less, but they can do it right away and they do it with exceptional personalized service. Dave and Colin were very helpful, thorough, and professional. Best part is, I can talk to them anytime I like without going through Best Buy's ridiculous automated phone service. We will definitely call Gibson again when we're ready to add on to our home theater.

Awesome selection of cutting edge electronics! Brian was super helpful, showing off all the cool stuff they have, just for the sake of it, without any pressure to buy something he knew I wasn't in the market for. In the end, he gave me a great deal on a pair of PSB speakers, and they sound fantastic with my system!

I walked in half an hour before closing on a Friday. I was shown every TV in their showroom, given a demo, all my questions were answered, and I wasn't given BS when the answer wasn't known. I walked off with a great receiver and OLED tv. They even helped get it into the back of my car. Amazing service, and great price, couldn't even come close to matching the price on Amazon Prime... So in a nutshell this is a brick and mortar store that has good service and great prices. Very satisfied.
